What Is Drop Shipping?
With Drop Shipping, you can sell our products to your customers without actually stocking the items themselves.
How Drop Shipping Works?
You promote our product on your online store. When someone buys a product from your store, You will forward the orders to us and we will ship it directly to your customer. So you don’t need to worry about the shipping or product.
Do I need to buy the products before I sell them?
That is the best thing about Drop Shipping. You only pay for the product once you have sold it and collected a payment for it. This means that you can start selling thousands of products online without even having to buy them in bulk.
Should my customer pay me first before i pay you?
It is always good practice to have the customers pay you first before placing your wholesale drop ship order. Otherwise you risk shipping product to a customer that will not pay you.
Can I sell your products on other websites like Amazon, Ebay, etc?
YES. You can sell the products on any website of your choice.
Do I need to follow your suggested retail price?
No you don’t need to, you can decide how much your price is.
Is there a charge for shipping?
Yes there is, Shipping fee is calculated per order.
How do I know how much to charge for shipping?
We will provide you with an estimated shipping cost up front so you will know how much to charge your buyer.
What is the payment system?
We accept Bank Transfer or Paypal or Credit Card (all payments by Paypal or Credit Card – Square will incur the credit card surcharge of 2.2% – If you prefer this option we will send you a separate invoice).
How long does it take to ship an order?
All orders are received and packed within 1-3 business days. Following that we will arrange shipping. Shipping can take between 5 working days in Australia. For international shipping it can take upto 25 days depending on your location.
If you wish to get the order sooner you can request express shipping for additional charge.
How can I track my orders?
You will receive an email with the tracking number the same day your order leaves the warehouse.
What about refund and return?
We have a policy called “30 day return policy” which means you can return the item in 30 days only, and you will have a chance to exchange or refund the product.
Will you provide the pictures of the products?
Yes, we can provide professional product pictures. We can approve access through google drive. Once you sign up.
