All our items are hand made and whilst we ensure a high level of care is taken in making your individual items, sometimes we make mistakes. So if there are any errors your unhappy about. Please let our customer happiness team know and we will gladly exchange or refund your item within 30 days.
Change of Mind Returns
We get it ! Sometimes your item may not be what you imagined. No hard feelings. We will gladly accept unused items within 21 days for a store credit.
*Please email our customer happiness team who will gladly help you with any queries.
*We start counting 30 or 21 days from the day you order to the day we receive it back.
*All items must be unused, unwashed in its original packaging. Swing tags must all be attached.Your items will need to be in their original condition, unstained and footwear in its original box.
*You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
* If returning a watch – you should consider the use of insurance as we will not cover lost or damaged items from your delivery service.
How Do I Return My Items

So that we can further improve please mention the reason of your return. Please include your invoice in your parcel.
You can track your parcel through delivery service you used to send the items back.
If returning a watch – you should consider the use of insurance as we will not cover lost or damaged items from your delivery
Have you received my returned item?
Please allow upto 5 working days from the day of delivery for your returned item to be processed. Our customer happiness team will be in contact with you once we have processed your item.
Is There Anything I can’t return?
For hygienic reasons any undergarments can not be returned as well as headwear (this includes caps)
